INTRODUCTION

By using and/or visiting any section of auroombet.com and its mirror websites (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and its related or connected services (collectively, the "Service") and/or by creating an account (the "Account") on the Website, you - our customer (the "Customer") agree to be bound by:

  • - Terms and Conditions;
  • - Privacy Policy / Data Protection Policy;
  • - AML / KYC Policy;
  • - any casino / betting rules;
  • - any terms and conditions of promotions, bonuses and special offers
  • - Bonus rules
  • - Tournament rules

which may be found on the Website from time to time. All of the terms and conditions listed above shall together be referred to as "the Terms". Please read the Terms carefully before accepting them. If you do not agree to accept and be bound by the Terms please do not create an account, and/or continue to use the Website. Your further use of the Website will constitute your acceptance of the Terms.

Financial operations are carried out by the company Sinecure Holding Limited, a private company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 414736. Business address: Spyrou Kyprianou, 84, 4004, Limassol, Cyprus.

Auroom Casino will only communicate with Customers by email to their registered email address (the "Registered Email Address") as provided when opening your Auroom Casino Account. Communication from Auroom Casino will be issued through the following mail only: "[email protected]".

The Terms will come into effect on the 1st of December 2020.

1.1 The Company reserve the right to amend, modify, update and change any of the Terms for a number of reasons, including commercial, legal (to comply with new laws or regulations) or customer service at any time. Any changes, additions or updates are published on the Website to inform the customers. The Player assumes responsibility for familiarizing themselves with the Terms and Conditions. For this reason, we encourage players to check for updates every so often. The Company retained the discretion to amend the changes to the Website, the services and the software and/or the technical requirements necessary for the access and the use of the services any time and without prior notification.

1.2 If the Customer does not agree to any changes, additions or amendments, he/she may stop using the Website and/or close the Account contacting our customer service department (Customer Service Department) at "[email protected]". The further use of the Website services by the Customer after the date of entry into force of the changes will signify his/her acceptance of the revised Terms, including (for the avoidance of doubt) any additions, exclusions, replacements and other Changes in respect of the company's services pursuant to paragraph 1.1 of the Terms and conditions, whether or not the customer has been informed and been familiar with the amended Terms.

1.3 The following terms and definitions will be used in this document:

a) "Auroom Casino", "www.auroombet.com", "We", "Us", "Our", "Casino", "Management", "Website" or "Company" refer to Company XEL Eldorado Gaming N.V., registration number 155595 (Business address: E Commerce Park *****, mailing address: ***** Curacao, D.W.I.) and/or to its owners, directors, affiliates, employees.

b) "You", "Your", "Customer", "Client" or "Player" refer to a Player registered on the Website and accepted the Terms.

c) "Acceptable age" means the age of majority or other minimal legal age for a person, allowing access to the services provided by the Website and to the participation in the gambling games.

d) "Customer Account", "Game Account" refers to a personal account, opened by the Customer on the Website and maintained by the Company for the purpose to give access to the Customer to the Games posted on the Website.

e) "Verification" refers to the verification of the identity of the Player, during which the participation of third parties (including regulatory authorities) may be required for the purpose to confirm the data of the Customer and to identify the identity.

f) VIP Player - a user who fulfilled all the requirements of one or more of the VIP statuses specified at the Statuses page.

2.1No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the activities included in the services under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher ("Legal of Age") may use the services under any circumstances and any person not Legally of Age who uses the services will be in breach of the terms of this Terms. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage to verify that persons not Legal of Age are not using the services. The Company may cancel a person's account and exclude a person from using the services if proof of age is not provided or if the Company suspects that a person using the services is not Legal of Age.

2.2Internet gambling may not be legal in some jurisdictions. You understand and accept that the Company is unable to provide you with any legal advice or assurances in respect of your use of the Services and the Company makes no representations whatsoever as to the legality of the Services in your jurisdiction. Use the services on the Website are at your sole option, discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for ascertaining whether it is legal in your jurisdiction.

2.3The Company does not intend to enable you to contravene applicable law. You represent, warrant and agree to ensure that your use Website services will comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations. The Company shall not be responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Website services by you.

2.4The Company prohibits opening accounts, making any deposits or using them from customers who are residents (or citizens) of the United States of America, the Netherlands, France, Curacao, Great Britain, Latvia, Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Botswana, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guyana, Iran, Kuwait, Namibia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Singapore, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Myanmar. The Company may change this list of jurisdictions from time to time, with or without notice. You agree that you are not allowed to open an account or attempt to use your account if you are a resident or located in any of the listed jurisdictions, otherwise your account will be blocked. The Company may, at its sole discretion, decide on the deposit or withdrawal of the balance of funds or any other funds placed on blocked accounts.

2.5You are fully responsible for any applicable taxes and fees resulting from proceeds gained from the use of the Website. If winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are required to keep track and report the winnings to the appropriate authorities.

2.6When sending money to us you are authorised to do so e.g. you are the authorised user of the debit/credit card or other payment method you use.

2.7You are acting solely on your own behalf as a private individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of another party or for any commercial purposes.

2.8You must make all payments to us in good faith and not attempt to reverse a payment made or take any action which will cause such payment to be reversed by a third party in order to avoid a liability legitimately incurred.

2.9You must otherwise generally act in good faith in relation to us of the Service at all times and for all bets made through the Service.

3.1In order to open an account ("Your Account") to use the Website services, you should provide your e-mail address, choose a password and fill-out the information required to complete the registration by providing us with the personal information, including your name, date of birth and phone number.

3.2Your name on Your Account must match your true and legal name and identity. To verify your identity, the Company reserves the right to request at any time satisfactory proof of identity (including but not limited to copies of a valid passport / identity card and/or any payment cards used). Failure to supply such documentation may result in suspension of the account.

3.3You certify that you have provided accurate, complete and true information about yourselves upon registration and will maintain the accuracy of your information by promptly updating any registration information that may have changed. Failure to do so may result in account closure, account limitations or voiding of any transactions (bonus, winnings).

3.5You may only open a single account at the Website. In all cases, only one account per customer, per household, per address, per shared computer and per shared IP address will be allowed to sign up and make use of the Casino. Any other account you open on the Website will be considered as the "Duplicate Account". You are obliged to inform the Company that you want to create a Duplicate account due to the original account access loss or any other important reason and receive a permission from the Company before the Duplicate account is created. In any other cases all Duplicate Accounts may be immediately closed by the Company and:

a)all transactions made from the Duplicate Account will be made void;

b)any returns, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during the time the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited from you and a return may be claimed by us. Any funds withdrawn from the Duplicate account shall be returned to us on demand;

c)the Company is not obliged to compensate any funds from both bonus and real money balances of the Duplicate account. The Company reserves the right to make a decision, at its sole discretion, concerning the return of any lost funds that were used for bets made via the Duplicate Account;

d)the Company does not accept any requests on fund returns which have been lost or initially deposited on the Duplicate Account in case if the Duplicate Account was created with intent of receiving bonuses and other promo offers from the Casino, as well as if a number of Duplicate Accounts was created with a purpose of receiving a return of the first deposits made on previously created Duplicate Accounts, which is considered to be an intentional abuse. If the Company decides at its sole discretion that the Duplicate Accounts were created only with a purpose of fraud and/or abuse of the following Terms and Conditions all funds deposited on this Duplicate Account will not be returned to the player.

3.6 After opening Your Account, the Client must not disclose (whether deliberately or accidentally) his username and password to anyone else. If you have lost or forgotten Your Account details you may recover your password by clicking on the "Remind Password" link below the login window.

3.7 You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and you have sole responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account. You remain liable for losses incurred by yourself or a third party on Your Account.

3.8 You must notify The Company immediately of any unauthorized use or theft of Your Account or any other breach of security. If requested you agree to provide The Company with evidence of such theft or unauthorized use. The Company will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password, either with or without your knowledge.

3.9 The Client agree that at all times when using the Service in order to protect the integrity of the Service and for other operational reasons we reserve the right to refuse to accept a registration application from any applicant at our sole discretion and without any obligation to communicate a specific reason.

4.1By agreeing to the Terms, the Client authorizes the Company to carry out the standard procedure for verifying personal data in order to remove restrictions on the use of the services of the site and its mirrors and receive payments. Documents required for verification:

4.1.1Your identity document: passport, international passport, national ID, driver's license (front side only) or other official document that is considered legal in your country of residence. In which:

a) the front and back of the document, including the edges, must be visible;

b) the document must indicate the validity period, and it must not be overdue;

c) the document must contain your unaltered photograph;

d) the document must indicate your date of birth;

e) watermarks must be visible;

4.1.2Confirmation of the payment method you used for the deposit and / or payment.

a) if you used a plastic card: an image of the front and back sides of the card that you used to fund your account, including the image of the closed middle 8 digits of the card number and CVC / CVV code. The card data must match the card data used for I / O;

b) when using money transfer from a bank account: the bank statement must be no more than 90 days old and contain the full name of the account holder. 4.2.1In some cases, if the Auroom Casino administration has reasonable doubts about the user's compliance with the Terms and Conditions or the AML / KYC policy, it is possible to extend the verification period and any additional documents or verification methods may be requested, including, but not limited to, confirmation of the address of residence, statement of the operator cellular, video selfies, video calls or phone calls.

4.3If the User provides inaccurate, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information, this will be considered a violation of the Agreement. In this case, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to immediately block the Client's account and / or suspend the use of his / her Account.

5.1You must not use the Service:

a) if you are under the age of 18 years (or below the age of majority as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you) or if you are not legally able to enter into a binding legal agreement with us;

b) to collect nicknames, e-mail addresses and/or other information of other Customers by any means (for example, by sending spam, other types of unsolicited e-mails or the unauthorised framing of, or linking to, the Service);

c) to disrupt or unduly affect or influence the activities of other Customers or the operation of the Service generally;

d) to promote unsolicited commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation which may be removed from the Service without notice;

e) in any way which, in our reasonable opinion, could be considered as an attempt to: (i) cheat the Service or another Customer using the Service; or (ii) collude with any other Customer using the Service in order to obtain a dishonest advantage;

f) to scrape our odds or violate any of our Intellectual Property Rights;

g) or for any unlawful activity whatsoever.

5.2The following activities are prohibited and constitute a gross violation of the Terms:

a) the provision of an information to third parties;

b) the realization of inadmissible (fraudulent) actions to the detriment of online casino, including the use of any kind of robots, programmed devices, malicious programs, errors in the software of the Website, the use of both, while playing the game;

c) making fraudulent actions, which are detrimental for the casino, including the use of stolen, cloned or illegally obtained data from a credit or debit card when adding funds to the Customer’s account;

d) the collusion or an attempt, and/or intention to participate directly or indirectly in any scheme of collusion with another player while playing on the Website.

e) the violation of the Bonus Terms, Bonus funds (points, bonuses, etc.) must be obtained by the Player properly. It is prohibited to use the illegal methods for their receipt or withdrawal.

5.3You cannot sell or transfer your account to third parties, nor can you acquire a player account from a third party.

5.4You may not, in any manner, transfer funds between player accounts.

5.5We may immediately terminate your Account upon written notice to you if you use the Service for unauthorised purposes. We may also take legal action against you for doing so in certain circumstances.

6.1By agreeing to these Terms you agree to the transfer of your personal information for the purpose of the provision of the Service object of this agreement and as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6.2Upon registration your information is stored in our database. Any information provided to us by you will be protected and processed in strict accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

6.3We must comply with the data protection requirements in the form the Company uses any personal information obtained during the Customer's visit to the Website. We take our obligations regarding the use and the storage of the Customer's personal data very seriously.

6.4Providing us with information, the Customer authorizes the processing of his personal data for the purposes described in the Terms in order to administer the Website or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

6.5We strictly adhere to a policy, which implies that any personal information is kept in the strictest confidence and is not disclosed to anyone except the employees, who need access to Customer's data in order to provide his/her the services.

6.6We keep the copies of all correspondence obtained from the Customer (including the copies of all email letters) so that the information obtained from the Customer is recorded as accurately and clearly as possible.

6.7You acknowledge and accept that we collect and use your personal data in order to allow you access and use of the Website and in order to allow you to participate in Games.

6.8We will not reveal the identity of any person who places bets using the Service unless the information is lawfully required by competent authorities such as Regulators, the Police (e.g. to investigate fraud, money laundering or sports integrity issues), or by Financial Entities such as banks or payment suppliers or as permitted from time to time pursuant to the Privacy Policy.

6.9The company uses cookies to ensure the operation of the Website. A “cookie” is a small text file that is saved on the Customer's computer upon his/her visit of the Website and recognizes it when he/she returns. Additional information on deleting or controlling cookies is available at www.aboutcookies.org. Please note that deleting cookies obtained from our Website or disabling the option to save them on the Customer's computer may further prevent an access to certain sections or functions of the Website.

7.1 We accept Accounts in multiple currencies, please refer to https://www.auroombet.com/en/payment-options. All Account balances and transactions appear in the currency selected when the Account was originally opened. We do not give credit for the use of the Service.

7.2 We may close or suspend an Account and refund any monies held if you are not or we reasonably believe that you are not complying with these Terms, or to ensure the integrity or fairness of the Service or if we have other reasonable grounds to do so. We may not always be able to give you prior notice. In the circumstance where an Account requires closure for any reason and the remaining funds in the Account are insufficient to cover any withdrawal fees associated with sending the money back to the Customer the monies will be forfeited.

7.3 We may forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on your Account and/or refuse to honour a claim, in the event that, directly or indirectly:

a) the Terms have been violated; and/or

b) other unauthorised activities have occurred in connection with a betting event and/or the operation of an Account (such as, but not limited to, breach of the law or other regulations, breach of a third party’s rights, fraud, and cheating).

7.4Closed inactive accounts will be pseudonymised on a quarterly basis in accordance with the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.

7.5We may suspend and/or cancel the participation of your Account in the Services, and/or forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on your Account if you are found cheating, or if it is determined by us that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, robots, computers, software or any other automated system) designed to defeat or capable of defeating our applications and/or software.

7.6We reserve the right to suspend an Account without prior notice and return all funds. Contractual obligations already matured will however be honoured.

7.7We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager at any time for whatever reason, including any bet perceived to be placed in a fraudulent manner in order to circumvent our betting limits and/ or our system regulations.

7.8If we close or suspend your Account due to you not complying with these Terms, we may cancel and/or void any of your bets.

7.9If any amount is mistakenly credited to your Account it remains our property and when we become aware of any such mistake, we shall notify you and the amount will be withdrawn from your Account.

7.10If, for any reason, your Account goes overdrawn, you shall be in debt to us for the amount overdrawn.

Your Account will become inactive if:

a)there has been no log in and/or log out recorded on your Account, and/or which has not recorded any wagering activity for twelve consecutive months or more;

b)you will be notified on the eleventh month of inactivity that your account is due to become inactive. If your account has been inactive for thirty months total, we will return the full balance of your account to you (assuming there are sufficient funds to cover all fees associated with withdrawal) and close your account. If we are unable to remit the funds to you and you cannot be contacted based on the information you have provided to us, the funds will be remitted to us;

c)closed inactive accounts will be pseudonymised on a quarterly basis in accordance with the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.

9.1 You may deposit funds into your Account by any of the methods set out on our Website. All deposits should be made in the same currency as your Account and any deposits made in any other currency will be converted using the daily exchange rate at our own bank's prevailing rate of exchange following which your Account will be deposited accordingly.

9.2Refund policy

When you deposit funds, you warrant that:

a)all money that you deposit into your account does not contain any illegal funds and, in particular, does not come from any illegal activity or source;

b)all payments made to your account are authorized;

c)you will not make or attempt to make any chargebacks and / or refuse or cancel any payment you have made, or take any action that will result in the cancellation of such payment by a third party, in order to avoid any legal liability and you will indemnify the Company for any chargebacks, refusal or cancellation of payments and any losses incurred by the Company as a result of this;

d)the obligation of the User of Auroom Casino to know the laws regarding online gambling in his country or place of permanent residence. Online gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located; in such case, you are not authorized to use your payment method to complete this transaction.

9.3The Company does not accept 3rd party deposits, ie a friend, relative, partner, husband or wife. You must deposit from an account/system or credit card that is registered in your own name. If we discover during our security checks that this has occurred, all casino winnings will be forfeited and sent back to the casino and the original deposit to the rightful owner of the account/Credit Card.

9.4If bank transfer is required to return the money to the rightful owner, all bank charges will be borne by the receiver.

9.5You are allowed to use only one phone number if you wish to add money to Your Account with paid SMS. You should indicate this phone number in your profile. The Company does not allow the users to take loans from cell phone operators who allow this type of service, even if the operator allowed that. You cannot make sms deposits with such loans with negative balance. Users violating this rule are blacklisted, and gamers' accounts are blocked without a withdrawal option.

9.6We do not accept cash funds sent to us. We reserve the right to use third party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions to process payments made by and to you in connection with your use of the services. To the extent that they do not conflict with the terms of this Term, you agree to be bound by the Terms of such third party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions.

9.7In case of suspicious or fraudulent payment, including the use of stolen credit cards or any other fraudulent activity (including any charge-back or other reversal of a payment) and including depositing with a purpose of money exchange between payment systems the Company reserves the right to block Your Account, reverse any made pay-out and recover any winnings. We are entitled to inform any relevant authorities or entities (including credit reference agencies) of any payment fraud or other unlawful activity and may employ collection services to recover payments. However, under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, regardless of whether or not the credit cards were reported stolen.

9.8We may at any time set off any positive balance on Your Account against any amount you owe to us when we re-settle any bets or wagers pursuant to Duplicate Accounts, Collusion, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity or Errors.

9.10Any deposit made to an account which is not rolled over (risked) will incur, at company discretion, whichever is greater from a 10% processing fee (min. USD 25 or other currency equivalent) and any applicable withdrawal fee on the withdrawal amount. We also require at least a three-times rollover of any deposit (a deposit risked at least three times) and may reject withdrawals if this was not completed. You are responsible for your own bank charges that you may incur due to depositing funds with us. Exceptions to this rule are outlined in our "Payment Options" pages.

9.11Auroom Casino is not a financial institution and uses third party electronic payment processors to process credit and debit card deposits; they are not processed directly by us. If you deposit funds by either a credit card or a debit card, your Account will only be credited if we receive an approval and authorisation code from the institution issuing payment. If your card's issuer gives no such authorisation, your Account will not be credited with those funds.

9.12Your funds are deposited and held in the respective client account based on the currency of your Account.

9.13We are not a financial institution and you will not be entitled to any interest on any outstanding account balances and any interest accrued on the client accounts will be paid to us.

9.14You may request withdrawal of funds from Your Account at any time provided that:

a)all payments made into Your Account have been confirmed as cleared and none have been charged-back, reversed or otherwise cancelled;

b)any Verification Checks have been completed.

9.15You may withdraw any or all of your Account Balance within the transaction maximums as shown on the Website here: https://www.auroombet.com/en/payment-option.

9.16When making a cash-out request a certain points need to be considered:

a)all information in your profile must be filled out and must contain at least one confirmed phone number. The number is considered fully confirmed only after a successful call to the user from the Company's representative; the Company reserves the right to conduct periodic verification of the telephone number validity. In case the Company can not reach the user via the confirmed telephone number, this number will be considered invalid;

b)all withdrawals must be made in the currency of your Account, unless otherwise stipulated by us;

c)all withdrawals must be made to the original payment method used to make the payment to your auroombet.com Account. We may, and always at our own discretion, allow you to withdraw to a payment method from which your original deposit did not originate. This will always be subject to additional security checks;

d)If the requested amount exceeds one thousand united states Dollars (USD 1,000) or more, or by other purpose that casino administration may have in case of fraud investigations, the player identification procedure must be carried out by sending us a copy or a digital photograph of your identification documents, such as the Passport or an ID card (page with a photo), utility bill (mobile phone bill cannot be accepted). If you made deposits to your account with the plastic card you must also send us the copies of this card’s front side and back side. The first six digits and the last four digits of the card’s number (if you have the card number embossed note that the same digits must be covered on the card’s front side and the back side ) must be visible, the CVV2 code must be painted out;

e)when a withdrawal request is made, the player requesting it can not have active bonus rounds (freespins), free bets or risk-free bets available to use for sports betting, and not any bets made completely or partially via free bets or risk-free bets on sport events that are yet to have their final results announced. In order to complete the money withdrawal you need to play all the active bonus rounds, free bets and risk-free bets, or cancel them;

f)the maximum amount a player can withdraw within a month is 50,000 USD, except in some particular cases pre-agreed with administration;

g)the company allows no more than two payouts per day with no charges applied. If you exceed your daily payout limit, a 10% fee will be deducted from each of the payouts. A payout refers to a sequence of any payout requests with no deposits in between.

9.17We reserve the right to request documentation for the purpose of identity verification prior to granting any withdrawals from your Account. We also reserve our right to request this documentation at any time during the lifetime of your relationship with us.

9.18Should you wish to withdraw funds but your account is either inaccessible, dormant, locked or closed, please contact our Customer Service Department at [email protected].

10.1Auroom Casino offers a procedure by which you may exclude yourself from gaming. This exclusion shall be offered for all games offered and across all means by which Auroom Casino provides its services. An exclusion may only be set:

a)upon the request of the player; or

b)by Auroom Casino if there are sufficient reasons to indicate that you may have a gambling problem.

10.2You may at your discretion choose to limit your ability to access your Account (log in) for indefinite time in which your account will not be accessible again. You may at your discretion choose to limit your ability to access your Account (log in) temporarily, during which your account will not be accessible again.

10.3You may at your discretion choose to limit the amount you are allowed to bet and you may at your discretion choose to limit the amount you are allowed to loose during a particular period.

10.4All limitations mentioned above is administered and initiated by contacting the Customer Service Department at [email protected].

10.5Any exclusion implemented may only be removed:

a)upon expiry of the set duration.

b)upon your request.

10.6If you wish to reduce a limit or increase an exclusion, these shall become effective only after the lapse of not less than twenty-four hours (24) upon notification to Customer Service Department.

11.1In the event of an error or malfunction of our system or processes, all bets are rendered void. You are under an obligation to inform us immediately as soon as you become aware of any error with the Service.
